President & Chief Operating Officer
I wake up excited to lead teams of people as they overcome great challenges. This is the culmination of more than 15 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, including as CFO for a $1 Billion business in Tokyo, Japan with an MBA and CPA. Today, my days feel more like fun than work. I have the pleasure of guiding a team of exceptional and talented people on a journey to win. And for us, winning is the hug we get when we’ve exceeded our customer’s expectations.
When I’m not busy trying to conquer the world, I enjoy traveling extensively with my family and friends. Whether it involves exploring an exciting city like Tokyo, relaxing on a beach in Bali, or going on a mountain adventure in Vail, I feel right at home. I also love to cook, and I make a mean (and very spicy) Thai green curry.
Chief Executive Officer
As a business owner, my goal is to have a shared vision with our customers. This shared vision enables our team to execute programs which align with your business needs. Having had the opportunity to work in large, dynamic corporations such as Cardinal Health, Miller Coors Brewing Company, and Price Waterhouse Coopers, I’ve gained an enhanced perspective on the various aspects of aligning our business with the core values of our client companies.
When it’s time to unwind, you will likely find me at the park with my daughters, listening to live music on a patio with friends, or traveling with family to explore new cultures.
Mandy Archer, HMCC
Sr. Director, Meeting Services & Strategic Account Management
For more than 12 years with Infinix, I have overseen, led, and organized hundreds of global meetings and events, making sure each one was unforgettable. With a specialization in pharmaceutical industry event planning, I have a deep understanding of the often confusing, ever-evolving pharma guidelines and compliance regulations. Combining this with my commitment, dedication, and belief in our team is what drives the organization, resulting in extraordinary customer service and client peace-of-mind.
And while it may seem that I never leave the office, I enjoy my time away from work with just as much fervor. On the weekends, you will always find me spending time with my husband and our two young sons, who all keep me on my toes. I also enjoy traveling the world – from staying in a castle in Prague to scuba diving on an exotic island.
Lauren Dunnaway, HMCC
Director, Sales & Marketing
Building relationships has been the driving force throughout my career of 16 years within the meetings and events industry. With a strong background in hotels, convention & visitor bureaus and third-party site selection, I bring a well-rounded perspective to Infinix clients and vendors alike. I was blessed to further my knowledge while serving as President of Meeting Professionals International (Dallas Fort Worth Chapter), and I smile with each new opportunity to bring an event to life.
Just as I love to grow winning teams, in my spare time, I love to grow gardens! I’m an avid gardener, history buff, and pizza connoisseur. And when Fall comes around, this Texas girl is the number one Aggie football fan!
Karla Anzola, CMP, HMCC
With more than a decade of leadership experience, from hotels to meetings and events, I understand that no two events are alike – nor should they be. I understand creating the perfect meeting or event requires designing a unique, one-of-a-kind experience for our clients – an experience that transforms the typical into the memorable. That’s why I take great pride in cultivating strong and lasting relationships, investing the time and detail needed to bring each client’s vision to life.
I have a healthy obsession for design, color and coffee. Always on the go and an adventurist at heart, I am just as comfortable playing tourist in my own town as I am exploring new cultures around the world. I enjoy wine, food, live music and salsa dancing. It’s this passion and positive outlook that always inspires me to do more, for both me and my clients.
Emily Brown, HMCC
Account Manager, Event Services
As a passionate account manager, I’m often on the road building strong relationships, anticipating needs, and delivering customized meetings, programs, and experiences for our customers and their guests. With more than 10 years in hospitality, including hotels, weddings, meetings, and events, I have the energy and experience to deliver the perfect program for you. I always aim to meet your needs and exceed your expectations.
When I’m not on the road, I love tackling weekend DIY projects and spending time on the patio with my husband and friends. Despite their attempts over the years, my family and friends have been unsuccessful at teaching me how to ride a bike (and I have proof!). Instead, I enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning, playing tennis, running, and volunteering for the Junior League of Dallas.
Jennifer Briley, CMP
Account Manager, Event Services
As an industry veteran, I’ve worked in hospitality for more than 13 years, with experience that ranges from wedding planning to corporate meeting sales. I’ve succeeded in one of my biggest career goals by passing the Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) certification (woot!). I love being a meeting planner because it has broadened my horizons and ways of thinking by exposing me to different cultures around the world.
When I’m not busy delivering over and above for my customers, I love to travel! When I’m not globe-hopping, you might find me boating on the high seas, trying a new dish at a restaurant, checking out a live event, reading, spending time with my family and friends, playing with my dogs, or just enjoying a nice glass of wine.
Nicolette Daugherty, CMP
Account Manager, Event Services
After spending more than 10 years in the meetings and hospitality industry, I can’t picture myself doing anything else! To me, each day is an opportunity to face an exciting challenge and achieve another goal. It’s a wonderful feeling to see the end product of something that you have managed and created from scratch. And working with a great team is the icing on the cake! Managing our critical accounts is a great challenge and well worth the rewards when I know our customers are happy.
When I’m not working hard with our team, I’m off the grid and all over the place! As an incurable world traveler, I love experiencing new cultures. My goal is to visit all 7 continents, including Antarctica. Who wouldn’t want to see penguins in their natural habitat? I always take the road less traveled, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. As long as I have new destinations, good books, and a cuddly kitty by my side, I’m up for anything!
I started with Infinix right out of college, and I’ve felt at home ever since. With a degree in hospitality and tourism management, I’m passionate about traveling the world and building substantial relationships with the people I meet, and this flows into my work as a meeting planner. Maybe it’s because I’m a twin, or maybe it’s because I’m a hard worker, but I’m committed to working twice as hard if that’s what it takes to execute fantastic meetings every day!
When I’m not planning memorable meetings, I’m likely fueling my travel bug and heading off to the next city on my bucket list. During college, I studied abroad in Italy, and I still haven’t been able to get over the thrill of exploring new places and cultures. If I’m not busy getting my passport stamped, you can find me laughing with friends and family, hunting down the best brunch menu in Dallas, or perfecting my never-ending Spotify playlist.
Diana Munro, CMP
Sr. Account Manager, Event Services
As someone who has worked in the hotel industry for 15 years, I’m determined to make the experience seamless for you! I love experiencing the joy that comes from bringing people together and serving them in their meeting needs. My goal is to help our clients have great meetings and events by delivering exceptional service and managing the stress for them.
When I’m not on the job, I love traveling, seeing live music, and cooking for friends and family. I take cookie baking very seriously, and during the Christmas season, I host a “cookie factory” with plenty of cookie decorating and cookie eating for all. One year, we made almost 1,000 cookies—I told you I took it seriously! For me, family comes first, and I’m always up for being silly and playing games with my niece and nephews.
After spending several years in the luxury hotel and wedding planning industries, I’ve honed my planning skills and get excited about conducting meetings all over the world. Creativity. Attention to detail. Patience. FUN! That’s me in a nutshell, and that’s what I strive to bring to every meeting I manage. As a true “people-person,” I enjoy spending one-on-one time with new people to learn more about them and build professional relationships that often blossom into friendships.
When I’m not running a meeting or making conversation, I love going out to restaurants and trying new types of food and drink. I’m a big fan of live music and baseball games, too. In fact, I’m taking “take me out to the ballgame” to a whole new level: I’m planning on visiting all of the Major League Baseball ballparks across the United States! And although I was never a Girl Scout, I believe in always being prepared—I always keep one bag packed so I’m always ready for my next adventure.
After 3 years as office manager, I am taking my skills into a specialized accounting role. It’s my job to keep the team in line and your programs running smoothly behind the scenes. I run a tight ship, so you can expect accuracy and quality for anything that has crossed my desk. I bring more than 25 years of accounting experience to my role, which translates into being on time and on budget.
When I’m not keeping the office in order, my home is the priority. Whether I’m rearranging my closets or planning a big party, I thrive on organization and structure. But I’m definitely not all business! As a former hometown Rodeo Princess, my loyalties to my friends and family run deep. On the weekends, you’ll find me relaxing with my loved ones at the lake or lounging by the pool.
With more than 10 years in hospitality in a variety of roles, I am a consummate problem solver. To say I like to solve puzzles is an understatement. I spend my days pouring through invoices, dealing with tight deadlines, and taking care of all government reporting. My head spins from seeing more international currencies than you can think of, but working with such a positive and fun team makes the journey so much fun!
During my downtime, I’m typically trying the next new restaurant on the Dallas food scene or attending a food festival somewhere in the Metroplex – I’m always in search of that next great hot sauce. If I’m not out trying a new dish or making one of my own, I enjoy spending time with my family, catching the latest indie film, or reading a book on my patio.
Senior Sales Manager
Getting to know people and making meaningful partnerships is my passion. It’s a thrill to learn of other’s needs and how my sphere can positively impact those. If I can help one person accomplish a task, reach a new level, or just make someone feel better about themselves, it’s an AWESOME day. My sales career spans over 20 years with more than a decade in the hospitality industry, where my strategy for success has always been simple…Treat others the way you wish to be treated. For the past eight years, I’ve been an active member of Meeting Professionals International where I have served on the Board of Directors and numerous committees for the Dallas/Ft. Worth chapter. In our business, no two days are ever alike and that’s exactly the way I like it.
In addition to business development, my Faith and Family keeps me grounded and VERY busy. This “boymom” is regular at football, soccer, baseball games, serving in our church’s children’s ministry or running errands with the Super Hero de jour. As parents, my husband Rickey and I recognize that these times are fleeting so when the little one wants to wear a costume to the grocery store, you shop with Spiderman. We are a family on the go and prefer experiences to “things” so don’t be surprised if you run into us on a ski slope, at the beach, taking in a Broadway show, on stage with our community theater, or just peddling through the neighborhood on our cruisers… I’ll be on the pink one with Coco, our 6lb Shih-Tzu, in the basket.
